Calum Graham

Is an independent business consultant, focusing on high growth SME’s. Previously, he co-founded Fleming Verity LLP in 2007 having co-founded the firm’s predecessor, Fleming Lincoln Limited in 1999. Since that time he has provided management advice to, investment in, and taken key executive roles in a number of diverse firms in the consumer, software, and financial sectors. Over this period, inter alia, he built the pan-European business of a US-founded electronic securities broker (Lexit Capital) as Managing Director, leading up to its purchase by Neonet and subsequently by ORC Group.

Prior to establishing Fleming Lincoln he spent twelve years in investment banking in London at James Capel (HSBC), Sandford Bernstein (Alliance), S.G. Warburg (SBC / UBS) and Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Brought up in Southern Africa, he was involved in entrepreneurial activities spanning the agricultural, property (residential) and leisure industries in Africa, the USA and the UK before joining the investment banking industry. He has a BSc in Zoology and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and a MBA from INSEAD, France. Current appointments include Trustee of Restore (Burns and Wound Research) and Chairman of the EMEA Advisory Board of Advent Software (Nasdaq: ADVS). Calum is a member of The Royal Company of Archers (The Queens Bodyguard in Scotland). Prior appointments include Vice President of The Highland Society of London and Commercial Appointee to the Scientific Advisory Board of The Genome Analysis Centre (under BBSRC).

Estelle Graham

is returning to work after taking a career break. Previously she has owned, operated, and developed small businesses in the advertising industry, the food wholesale sector and in the on-line clothing industry when she started the first UK children’s ski clothing on-line shop. She also has experience in the fashion industry.

Estelle has a combined English and Scottish Law degree from the University of Dundee and a special interest in land and development planning. She is qualified to teach the three R’s to illiterate adults and those who have suffered a stroke or other neural disfunction.

Prior appointments include lay member of the Pharmaceutical Practices Committee – NHS Tayside; lay member of the Pharmaceutical Practices Committee National Appeal Panel Scotland; Treasurer Perthshire Junior National Association of Design & Fine Arts.
